This style is completely isolated of the heater wire of the connections and the protective cover. between its qualities we have to point out the protection of the instruments of temperature measurement. it is the more advisable since the reading is made to very few milimeters
and the answer is still being fast

THERMOCOUPLE QUICK

The joint of the thermocouple, in this style, is in contact with the cover protection of the cartridge which give us a very fast and accurate reading of the temperature where the cartridge is placed

THERMOCOUPLE POINT

The thermocouple can be placed according to customer's specifications, this is important for long cartridges in order to obtain the average temperature

Watt Distribution

GRADUAL HEATING

Our cartridges can be made with ( compensated) watt distribution, this means that we can introduce the necessary amount of heater wire for temperature regulation. The distribution of watts is advisable for relatively long cartriges that need a stable temperature by all their length.

DIFFERENT VOLTAGES

The cartriges are possible to be made with double voltage and different watts in a same cartridge.

INACTIVE AREAS

The cartridges can be produced with inactive zones, whereTemperature is not needed in a point or several, or to the entrance of the connections in order to not to damage them
